1. Refund Eligibility
At IGLOBEX INFOTECH PVT LTD, we strive to provide the highest quality service. Refund eligibility varies by service type:
- Web & App Development: Refunds are considered only if the project has not started. Once development milestones are initiated, payments for those milestones are non-refundable.
- Digital Marketing: Fees paid for ad budgets (Google/Meta) are non-refundable once spent. Management fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if services are cancelled within the first 7 days.
- Hosting & Domains: Domain registrations are non-refundable. Hosting fees may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if there are technical issues we cannot resolve.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice via email. Cancellation terms:
- Monthly services (SEO, Social Media) require 30 days' notice.
- Project-based services may be cancelled, but payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Third-party software licenses or plugins purchased on your behalf.
- Domain name registration or renewal fees.
- Consultation fees once the consultation has been delivered.
